Dr. David J. Sayer D.C.
Dr. David J. Sayer was born in upstate New York. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free academy. Dr. Sayer served in the United Stated Naval Reserve receiving an honorable discharge in 1965. He received His liberal arts education at Palmer Junior College in Davenport Iowa. He enrolled in an accelerated program at Palmer College of Chiropractic graduating in 1969 being granted a diploma in X -Ray proficiency, Diplomat status with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. During his senior Dr. Sayer interned under Dr. W.H. Quigley.
In 1968 he met his future wife Jeanne Derganz. They married in 1969 and the first of their eight children was born one week after his graduation.
Dr. Sayer and his family moved to the Lansing, Michigan area in 1970.
After his licensure by the Board of Chiropractic Examiner in late 1970 Dr. Sayer entered practice with Dr. Arthur London. His practice has always centered on traditional chiropractic care involving the location and reduction/correction of spinal subluxation promoting enhanced function of the nerve system allowing the body to function in a more normal pattern. After 28 years in practice Dr. Sayer began Sayer Chiropractic, a private practice at his current location in Lansing Michigan.
Dr. Sayer has previously served in various capacities on the boards of education at St. Matthew Lutheran School and Walter French Academy. He is currently an Elder at Trinity Church in Lansing and a member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors.
